Focus T25: Week two is through!


After I survived week one, week two should be easy…right? Nope. Even though the workouts didn’t change (beside workout order) week two somehow seemed more difficult.

I did my very best for 25 minutes each day, even though it was more difficult. Somehow, despite my efforts, I feel like I have made absolutely ZERO progress. I have not lost weight, or inches, and I don’t feel like I’m in any better shape.

That’s not the end of it though, I will finish this program…even if it gets harder ever week! But, it better not! 


Next week, I start using Shakeology.
